Klarna unveils new money management tools to help consumers take control of their finances in time for summer …
As we approach summer, many of us are looking to not only update our wardrobes for impending holidays, events and other special occasions, but also upgrade our homes and gardens with new furnishings and appliances, invest in new tech tools before travelling, re-stock our favourite beauty products for warmer weather and kit out the family for holidays at home and abroad. With an ever-growing list of items to buy, shopping app Klarna offers ways to split payments so you can spread the cost interest free – and it now offers new tools to help manage your spending too.
Klarna has announced the launch of the “Financial Overview” dashboard in the Klarna App. Available now to Klarna’s Irish consumers, the new dashboard features a selection of money management tools designed to give users full transparency into their spending and enable them to take active control of their finances. Speaking about the development the brand said, “With inflation at a 40 year high, smart money management is likely top-of-mind for Irish consumers. To ensure that Irish consumers are fully equipped with the digital budgeting tools necessary to effectively track and manage their spending, Klarna has introduced “Financial Overview” under the “Money” tab in the Klarna App.” The new dashboard offers a range of tools, including Budgeting (which allows customers to set a monthly allowance for their spending through Klarna), Categories (to help customers understand where their money is spent) and a Monthly Spending Breakdown (to allow customers to track spending levels month over month and compare them to their average spending).
