Inside the exclusive preview of BT’s stunning SS26 collection …
This season, artisanal texture takes centre stage in Dries Van Noten, Khaite, Roksanda and Cecilie Bahnsen. A refined counterpoint comes in monochrome, reimagined through clean lines and sculptural cuts, with precision tailoring from Victoria Beckham, Givenchy. Sacai, Jacquemus and House of Dagmar.
Debut collections at Christian Dior, Chanel, Loewe and Proenza Schouler introduce modernised tailoring, redefined silhouettes and bold statement dressing across contemporary collections, accessories and footwear. Silhouettes are expressive and distinct, from micro lengths at Celine to ruffle collars at Erdem and fluid trapeze shapes at Stella McCartney. Utility-inspired silhouettes – safari jackets, trenches and cargo details – are elevated through luxe fabrication at Isabel Marant, Chloé and Soeur. Visionaries such as JW Anderson continue to redefine the preppy narrative, with Prada and Miu Miu leading the direction in womenswear.
At the preview, attendees included THE GLOSS Deputy Editor Síomha Connolly, Style Editor Aislinn Coffey, Contributing Editor Sarah Macken, Head of Fashion Buying at Brown Thomas Tracey Despard, Jess Colivet, Corina Gaffey, Louise Cooney, Holly Carpenter, Chloe McGinley, Sarah Rickard, Irene O’Brien, Edel Kinane, Isabel Gleeson, Rosalind Lipsett, Lawson Mpame and Kwanele Nomoyi.
