CHIN UP Say goodbye to your double chin in 2021. The makers of Botox are set to launch Belkyra (available as Kybella in the US since 2015) in Ireland this year. An injectable treatment to melt away fat in the chin and neck area, it uses deoxycholic acid, a naturally occurring substance.
