The 2023 Wexford Festival Opera is looking forward to welcoming audiences this autumn. Brimming with warmth, fun and vibrancy, Wexford is a place where friendships are forged, and memories are made.
Why not discover for yourself the Festival’s rich variety of performances and events. Opening on October 24, the National Opera House will feature three main stage operas centered around the theme of Women and War; Zoraida di Granata, L’aube rouge and La Ciociara (Two Women). Each chosen to highlight a different aspect of the struggles faced by women: conflict, prejudice and in making their voices heard.
To celebrate the 72nd Wexford Festival Opera, one lucky reader of THE GLOSS will win a mid-week break for two to explore Wexford’s renowned cultural and heritage attractions and the culinary delights in its many restaurants and cafes.
