Large flow earrings, €145; www.innerisland.ie.

The 90s are back, according to Inner Island. The Irish jewellery favourite has just dropped its latest collection titled Treo (the Irish word for direction), and the mood is a throwback to Kate Moss and the iconic Calvin Klein campaigns that defined the decade. Our favourite is the chunky heavy necklace, €200 (pictured below); the delicate clasp is loosely based on arrows which – according to founder Gemma O’Leary – symbolise how “the directions we take are part of the decisions we take. They draw our lives ahead of us”.  “Each direction is a new path with a different story, reminding us to trust in the path we have chosen even though we are unsure of our final destination,” she says. The collection is conscious, too. Solid gold and silver pieces are made with recycled precious metal, and packaging is biodegradable as well as recyclable. www.innerisland.ie

Ros Duke

Slub hat in rust, €150; www.rosduke.com.

Knitwear savant Ros Duke is known for her love of nature and local terrain. What’s in her colour palette this season? Shades from echinacea pink and damson, to rust and graphite, Duke – who’s based in Killiney – explains. For her new collection Duke hiked to Lough Dan, shooting friend and model Nikki Bonas against a backdrop of blooming heather. Knitted in beautiful Loro Piana cashmere, we can see staples like the Gingham cardigan, €545, anchoring a winter wardrobe. Minimal dressers will love the 100 per cent cashmere khaki bandana, €235; the most luxurious answer to a scarf you could have this season. Shop Duke’s collection at Emporium Kalu, Naas and at rosduke.com
