Go Shopping With The Experts At Kildare Village

IN PARTNERSHIP WITH KILDARE VILLAGE

There’s nothing like a visit to Kildare Village for autumn wardrobe updates, where the Personal Shopping team is on hand to help …

Just imagine a complimentary shopping experience like no other: a rail of preselected new season arrivals from your favourite brands and boutiques awaits your arrival in a super-smart personal shopping suite, a professional stylist is ready to advise you about what looks best, and there are more than 100 premium brands and boutiques just outside the door, should you need to shop a little more. You can book an apointment alone or with a friend or two, and enjoy all the extra services Kildare Village offers, from valet parking to gorgeous places to have coffee and lunch.

At Kildare Village, a professional personal shopping team makes it easier than ever to navigate autumn trends. The team of seven personal shoppers, which includes Jess Colivet, Sinead Kelly and Johanna Dooley, is on hand to help you reinvent your autumn wardrobe, invest in essentials or find something special for an all-important occasion. With incredible boutiques in the Village, the great fashion eye of a professional, and luxurious, spacious suites for trying on, shopping becomes a delight, not a chore.

Every guest of Kildare Village can book their complimentary 90-minute appointment with a member of the personal shopping team at a time that suits them. After a welcome at The Concierge (where guests can sign up for membership and opt for convenient hands-free shopping) they will be shown to the luxurious Personal Shopping suites where a rail of carefully curated pieces, pre-selected for them to suit style and budget, awaits. Key to this curated selection on arrival is a consultation in advance of the appointment. Guests complete a short questionnaire and share photos, Pinterest moodboards or a list of brands they like. But as Jess Colivet advises, it’s best to come with an open mind: “The magic often happens when guests try on a wildcard piece.” Johanna Dooley agrees: “I love when a guest steps out in something they never imagined wearing – and it just clicks.”

Guests often have busy schedules, so the personal shopping experience is designed to cover plenty of ground in a relatively short time. You could find yourself walking out with a whole new wardrobe – plus styling tips – to see you through the season. “We take the work out of shopping so our guests enjoy a seamless experience,” says Sinead Kelly.

But it’s not only those looking for a complete wardrobe overhaul, a personal shopping appointment is suitable for everyone. Whether you need the perfect event outfit, want to update your work wardrobe or get out of a style rut with a little inspiration, a personal shopping appointment is a time-saving, stress-free way to shop the Village. Throughout the appointment, the personal shopper is on hand to offer guidance, styling advice and expert knowledge on trends and boutiques, ensuring guests have a very personal and fully customised experience.

“Guests often have busy schedules, so the personal shopping experience is designed to cover plenty of ground in a relatively short time.”

Johanna Dooley.

For Johanna, the best part is seeing guests come back again and again: “It’s really rewarding when they trust us to refresh their wardrobe and discover new styles. By the end of the day, it’s never just about the clothes – it’s the confidence, excitement, and little moments of joy our guests leave with. That’s the real reward of being a personal stylist.”

Sinead Kelly.

“Personally, I like to lead with feeling,” explains Sinead. “I will always ask a guest ‘how do you feel wearing that?’ and take it from there.” According to Jess, this season is all about confident colour, from deep jewel tones to warm caramel shades. Brown is having a major style moment, too, and bright knitwear. “I’m choosing vibrant knitwear to keep winter dressing fresh and colourful,” says Johanna. Investing for longevity is key for Sinead, who taps into classics in new ways. “Tailoring is a central theme this autumn/winter,” she explains. “I love investing in a great suit with an unexpected detail – a blown-out silhouette, or a scatter of diamanté on a pinstripe blazer.”

“For me, AW25 is all about the boho revival,” says Johanna. “Think buttery suede, delicate embroidery, soft lace, and fringing details. These whimsical, romantic pieces feel playful and feminine, perfect for layering textures and mixing prints.” For Jess, it’s about going back to basics – but with a twist. “Denim is a big focus for me – it’s the backbone of so many great looks. Barrel-leg jeans have a great sculptural shape, and I’ll always champion wide-leg jeans for to elongate your legs.” There truly is something for everyone at Kildare Village, with a range of mid-range and luxury brands and boutiques. “Kildare Village is showcasing some very strong collections this season,” says Sinead. “Rixo is a personal favourite – fun styles in beautiful silhouettes and fabrics. Sandro is another favourite, season after season I invest in key pieces; the outerwear is reliably chic and excellent quality with pieces that stand the test of time.” Self-Portrait and Eleventy are also namechecked by the team.

There’s no shortage of shoes and accessories in the Village, with the new Dune boutique, the new permanent Whistles boutique and British heritage brand Russell & Bromley. “We have chosen Russell & Bromley shoes and boots for almost every personal shopping appointment since its arrival in the Village – the brand offers really stylish, comfortable shoes at great prices,” says Johanna.

A personal shopping appointment at Kildare Village offers a relaxed, elevated way to discover new arrivals, remove the overwhelm of shopping, and build a wardrobe that leaves you feeling confident and completely yourself every time you get dressed. And, of course, it’s lots of fun! We can’t think of a better way to refresh our wardrobes for the new season.
