With demand for more wellness rituals on the rise across the country, these Finnish-inspired saunas are now in seven scenic locations in Dublin, Louth, Carlow and Sligo. This small family business started by Ed and Dee is all about building community in their beloved Dungarvan, Co Waterford. The mobile sauna can be found at Clonea Lower Beach, Dunmore East and Kilmurrin Cove. They often join with Flow With Clo Yoga, Gealach Grá Yoga and somatic breathwork and reiki practitioner Emily Phelan for beach yoga, meditation and breathwork, followed by a sea dip and sauna.
