Creators Liam, Luke and Dan built their first sauna at Bective Mill in Meath in 2021. With demand for more wellness rituals on the rise across the country, these Finnish-inspired saunas are now in six scenic locations in Louth, Carlow, Sligo, with another opening in Dublin this autumn. Each unit is designed and built by their sister company, Aalto Saunas, following research trips to regions like Finland, Estonia and Latvia to bring these traditions to Ireland. @thehotboxsauna

This small family business started by Ed and Dee is all about building community in their beloved Dungarvan, Co Waterford. The mobile sauna can be found at Clonea Lower Beach, Dunmore East and Kilmurrin Cove. They often join with Flow With Clo Yoga, Gealach Grá Yoga and somatic breathwork and reiki practitioner Emily Phelan for beach yoga, meditation and breathwork, followed by a sea dip and sauna.
