We’ve already waxed lyrical about how flip-flops have become fashion’s biggest humble brag – and now the stats confirm it. The Lyst Index shows that The Row’s Dune platform flip-flops are the hottest item of the season so far. According to the fashion index, searches for the €850 flip-flops rose by 162 per cent, confirming that viral visibility has reframed this simple summer shoe from a basic buy to an elevated staple that proves you’re in the know.
The Row also moved up two spaces to rank as number six in the list that counts the hottest brands of the quarter. Miu Miu takes the number one spot, thanks in part to the success of its sell-out suede boat shoes (which, arguably, kickstarted the revival of the classic sailor-inspired shoe).

Also included in the top ten of hottest products is Skims’ white tank top, with a new entry from Faithfull The Brand’s strapless gathered linen maxi dress that works for occasion dressing and holidays alike.
Leading the way in terms of offbeat footwear, Ancient Greek Sandals’ jelly shoes – the Natural Iro ballet flats – ranked as number six. As for jewellery, nodding to fashion’s fixation with scallop necklaces, Juju Vera’s Petra Shell Pendant ranked as the seventh hottest product of the quarter.
