It’s official: Uggs are back! Collaborations with London Fashion Week’s favourite designer Molly Goddard and Telfar Clemens (of cult handbag fame) prove it. Both showed their collaborations with Ugg at Fashion Week last September; the collections will be on sale later this spring. According to global fashion search platform Lyst, searches for the shearling-lined boots went up 25 per cent after Sienna Miller and Emily Ratajowski were spotted in the Ultra Mini boots (€150) in New York last autumn, making them one of the most shopped products of the year along with Birkenstock shearling lined Boston clogs. It seems comfort reigns supreme as we all remain locked down, with luxury loungewear and comfy puffer coats taking centre stage. To find the world’s hottest products, Lyst’s formula filters more than eight million items by volume of social media mentions, searches, page views, interactions and sales across thousands of online stores.
