A FRESH PERSPECTIVE: Michael Rider’s first show as creative director for Celine felt like a fashion reset, making way for a confident and polished preppy-chic look. The show was packed with wearable trends, the clothes leaned into structure with ease: sharp-shouldered coats, shirting with exaggerated collars (layered over white form-fitting polo-necks), clean-cut pressedfront jeans and tailored trousers. But it was the accessory styling that did the real talking. Jewellery was boldly piled on without being loud: think layered charm necklaces, XL chain bracelets, stacked rings.
