Starting summer early …
Executive Chef Gareth Mullins and Lily Ramirez created a Yucatán-influenced menu to accompany new summer cocktails including a classic Margarita, Verde Maya, Cenote Azul and an alcohol-free Azteca Spritz. DJ Sally Cinnamon provided the tunes at the sunset-lit, Mexican-inspired party, with panoramic views over Dublin city.
