MY STYLE? Sharp, casual and fun. At work I wear suits or a blazer and trouser combo from Louis Copeland. I like a flash of colour and to push the boundaries a little.

SHOPPING HABITS I don’t shop regularly but when I do, I stock up! I prefer the personal touch of boutique shopping rather than online browsing.

FAVOURITE ACCESSORY is an amazing watch, which my partner Cathal bought me for a significant birthday and is very special.
GADGETS My iPhone – we are joined at the hip. My favourite app is Instagram.
FITNESS I train twice a week in the hotel’s fitness suite with Austin, who’s brilliant. I also run: I completed a marathon in 2012 but don’t think I could ever do one again!
MY JOB As GM of one of Dublin’s busiest five-star hotels, I’m on the go from 8am to 8pm. I’m fortunate to work alongside 300 super team members.
OFF-DUTY I head to Co Clare, where I have a place to relax with my partner and to visit family. Lahinch is a favourite spot, especially in summer.
FAVOURITE INDULGENCE Baileys on ice or a nice G&T. I’ve never drunk coffee, but love tea.
BOOKS OR NETFLIX Books on holiday.
BRUNCH OR DINNER Dinner in our local village Cabinteely – especially Café 31.
