Global make-up artist Amanda Grossman and TV presenter Cat Deeley popped into The Apartment at Brown Thomas, Dundrum Town Centre, for the exclusive launch in Ireland of their unisex, clean fragrance oil, e11even.

At the launch the pair described how fragrance has been a shared passion: Amanda mixed Cat her own vial of the “secret fragrance oil” back in 2005, which she has worn ever since. Since then the launch of e11even has been eleven years in the making and became their lockdown project.

Amanda and Cat’s vision: to create a beautiful, sustainable, clean fragrance brand for men and women to enjoy as part of their everyday life. It’s already a firm favourite with the fashion crowd – Isabel Marant, Sam McKnight, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Lena Dunham are fans (Dunham wore it on her wedding day). Irish beauty editors have given e11even the seal of approval too, describing it as energising, grounding and calming.

It has a different effect on the wearer and those around them, with notes of rose and geranium as well as patchouli and amber predominating. The fragrance oil is available to buy from Planet Beauty by Brown Thomas Clarendon Street and Dundrum and www.brownthomas.com, €90.
