A List of Interiors Stores Reopening on June 8

Between ‘by appointment only’, curb-side collections and some stores in full operation already, it’s hard to keep on top of who is opening and when. Here is our roundup of stores worth noting opening their doors on Monday, June 8. Consider it our way of keeping you even more in the know …

Minima

Minima is always inspiring for home shopping. Consistently covetable, owner Helen Kilmartin’s edit is extra special. Kilmartin has some great new pieces to see in store by Maxalto (a B&B Italia brand, one of the best-known furniture and design companies in the world), Cassina (Italian furniture and accessories designed by Le Corbusier, Philippe Starck and many others), Rimadesio ( an Italian manufacturer who creates made-to-measure glass and aluminum doors), rugs by CCTapis and lighting from Giopato and Coombes. The Minima showroom on Hanover quay, Dublin 2 is open for appointment only. www.minimahome.com

Roche Bobois

The Paris-based furniture purveyor Roche Bobois is reopening its Irish doors on June 8 in the Beacon South Quarter, Sandyford, Dublin 18. We can all use this time to take stock, resist the temptation to buy stop-gap furniture that won’t last, and decide to choose a piece worth the investment. Something that is built to last. Whether you are upgrading or starting a complete re-fit, knowledgeable and charming husband and wife duo Dorothy and John Power, and their team, are on hand to assess your furniture needs. We love the form and function of the Mah Jong modular sofa, in particular the designer Jean Paul Gaultier and Missoni fabric collaborations which make the transition from fashion to furniture. @rochebobois_ireland

Wilde Interiors

Wilde Interiors’ 6,000 square metre showroom is a great port of call for interior lovers. The one-stop-shop showrooms are home to luxury retail brand Eichholtz and have a selection of over 3,000 products on offer at all times. This expansive store is like an Aladdin’s cave, stocking super chic versions of everything, including a range of bespoke furniture for your home. Staff will be on hand to offer any assistance needed to help you select the right pieces for your home or interior project.
