The sense of empowerment and protection is raised to new levels with the improved Lexus Safety System+. Debuting on the new Lexus NX is e-Latch with Safe Exit Assist electronic entry and exit system. This is linked to the car’s Blind Spot Monitor to warn of any traffic or cyclists approaching from the rear. If it detects a risk, it will trigger a warning light and buzzer, and cancel the door unlatching.
