Red carpet dressing has seen a streak of successes for Saoirse Ronan of late. The Irish actress, who works with the stylist Danielle Goldberg, has been wearing a rotation of chic looks including custom Erdem, Schiaparelli couture by Daniel Roseberry and archive Céline by Phoebe Philo.

At the BAFTA Film Awards 2025, Ronan wowed in a custom Louis Vuitton gown, as is her remit of late (she was announced as an ambassador for the French heritage fashion house earlier this year). Accompanying the look were the 12.47ct Oval Diamond & White Gold Gypset earrings by cool-girl jewellery brand Jessica McCormack.

Meanwhile, Ronan set the red carpet alight at the Irish Film & Televion Awards – winning Best Lead Actress for The Outrun and Best Supporting Actress for Blitz – in another custom Louis Vuitton gown by Nicolas Ghesquière, this one in bright blue with a striking strapless shape, complemented by a pair of black drop earrings by Completedworks. The evening featured a stellar lineup of Ireland’s hottest acting talents including Andrew Scott, Cillian Murphy and Ruth Negga.

Ronan was joined on the IFTAs red carpet by Bridgerton and Derry Girls star Nicola Coughlan, who wore a taffeta harness tiered ruffle midi dress by Simone Rocha (the look was from the Irish designer’s SS23 collection) for the occasion. Coughlan, who was fresh from attending the Dior couture show in Paris with her sister, counts Mary Kate and Ashley Oslen among her style icons, she recently told THE GLOSS. Cool but expertly feminine, the black dress boasted jewel embellishments on the straps and a romantic, tiered shape, both of which are hallmarks of Rocha’s signature style.

Lastly, Sharon Horgan, who won for Best Script in the Drama category at the IFTAs, looked the embodiment of minimalist chic in a sleek, pleated dress in chocolate brown by Australian brand Zimmermann, styled by Rachel Davis.
