The Best Pre-Loved and Vintage Sellers in Ireland

A new crop of online curated vintage sellers in Ireland are opening up pre-loved clothing to a whole new audience …

Rêverie

Founded by Emma Fraser, owner of NotAnother Agency and Nine Crows, Rêverie is an online pre-loved business based in Dublin specialising in curated vintage, deadstock lingerie and designer finds. Rêverie releases specialised drops once every few weeks. Once the site opens, you can shop that drop’s gems and when they’re sold out, Rêverie goes incognito once again. New drop dates are announced on their Instagram @reverie.vtg, the latest collection will launch tonight April 22 at 6pm.

The Harlequin

A collective sigh of disappointment ran through Dublin when The Harlequin announced they would not be re-opening their Castle Market shop post-lockdown. An institution in Dublin since the ’90s, the company has now switched to online only. Rest assured their edit of vintage Levis, silk kimonos and leather coats and jackets is as easily (if not more) accessible thanks to their updated website. www.theharlequin.ie

Cobblers Wardrobe

While the Sandymount store remains closed, Cobblers Wardrobe is still accepting and selling on consignment. This is one for the designer lovers, with brands like Victoria Beckham, Isabel Marant and Miu Miu making regular appearances. With a new website due to launch soon, you can currently find their wares on Instagram @cobblerswardrobe.

No 38 Dunville

Another consignment shop is No 38 Dunville run by Armelle Mitchell. Selling mid-level luxury brands like Anine Bing, Maje, Ganni, Rixo and Les Coyotes des Paris, this is a modern edit perfect for those looking for an entry into pre-loved clothing. www.no38dunville.com

Siopaella

One for the luxury lovers, Siopaella has multiple locations around Dublin and was one of the first to introduce consignment selling to the city. Founder Ella de Guzman specialises in luxury handbags from brands including Chanel, Louis Vuitton and Gucci. While shops are closed, de Guzman is sharing on Instagram.

Om Diva

Switching her business model due to the pandemic, Ruth Ní Loinsigh of Om Diva launched online and on Depop last year. Expect colourful prints 1950s and 60s dresses, well-priced fun accessories and special one-off vintage pieces. Their Instagram feed is a breath of fresh air. www.omdivaboutique.com

Peach Vintage

Katie Sloane of Peach Vintage runs a consignment shop online where people can donate clothing to be sold and receive 40% of the profit. Dismayed by the effects of fast fashion, Sloane started Peach Vintage in 2018 but it was the pandemic that gave her time to push it further when she was out of work. Now you can find a selection of pre-loved and vintage clothing on her website as well as vintage homewares and accessories. www.peachvintageclothing.com
