BACK TO THE FUTURE With the endless new scent launches, we forget that some of the best things in life are, well, old. We’re thinking of classics such as CKOne and Eternity for Men, created in 1990 by master perfumer Carlos Benaim. These 1990s Calvin Kleins are now relatively affordable compared to new designer creations – around €30 for the eau de toilette in some pharmacies – and yet Eternity is special, a distinctly old-school fougère with fresh lavender and bitter orange. We especially love the Eau de Parfum version, a bright green with woods, elegant geranium and cypress. If you like Creed’s Green Irish Tweed, this is way more affordable, and not dissimilar.
