From vintage-look blazers to throw-on-and-go shackets, brown suede jackets are having a moment. It’s no surprise as these lightweight and handy jackets are perfect for the inbetween dressing period we face over the coming weeks: it feels too early for a full-on winter coat but, still, there’s a decided chill in the air.
What options are out there for brown suede jackets? In good news, there’s lots. In tricky news, they are selling out fast. When it comes to styling the jacket of the season, its neutral colouring lends itself to a multitude of outfits. Firstly, team it with denim: either a light-to-mid blue denim or white denim works well. Secondly, don’t go too matchy on your accessories. The beauty of a rich chocolate brown suede jacket is pairing it with a crisp black leather bag or belt: just like navy and black, dark brown and black is always an expensive-looking combination.
