We’re thrilled to see the TUCCI by GreenPan Collection on our shelves – a new cookware collaboration with foodie Stanley Tucci.
The beloved actor’s love of food is well documented, from his limited series Tucci In Italy which saw him travel around the land of his ancestors, meeting locals to cook regional delicacies, to his popular Instagram where he shares recipes and demonstrations. How fitting that he played famed cook Julia Child’s husband opposite Meryl Streep in Julie & Julia!
Not to mention his appreciation of mixology, including a partnership with Tanqueray gin that brought him to Ireland to host a cocktail evening with Amy Huberman.
Founded in 2007, Belgian cookware brand GreenPan introduced the world to ceramic nonstick cookware. Their signature Thermolon coating is manufactured without the use of PFAS, PFOA or any other chemicals used to make traditional nonstick pans. The collection introduces GreenPan’s Woven Induction Technology that weaves together bands of stainless steel tightly, then infuses them into a 5mm thick forged base to deliver maximum induction efficiency, oven safe up to 600 degrees, complemented by Plasma Tech ceramic nonstick treatments.
Suitably made in Italy, TUCCI by GreenPan is inspired by vintage Italian pots passed down from Stanley’s mother, his home and personal preferences, informed by decades in the kitchen. He said; “These pieces have thoughtful touches that make a difference and are shaped by a long tradition of craftsmanship.”
