Glossip: See All Of The Details From The Hot Kitchen Event

THE GLOSS and interior designer Sara Cosgrove teamed up at the BSH Home of Innovation to discuss the dos and don’ts of kitchen design, and to explore the latest trends

THE GLOSS welcomed readers to the BSH Home of Innovation in Ballymount, Dublin 12 for the second Hot Kitchen Event of 2024 on Saturday, October 12. The impressive showroom was a fitting location for kitchen design enthusiasts with the latest appliances from Bosch, Siemens and Neff on display, and an expert team on hand to answer questions about the latest washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, fridge freezers, ovens, hobs and microwaves.

The event kicked off with a demo by Culinary and Showroom Manager Eleanor Martin, whose team had prepared a delicious brunch. It took Eleanor a matter of seconds to expand on the attributes of the built-in Air Fryer function of the latest Neff oven while whipping up some healthy courgetti fritters and cauliflower bites. As Eleanor spoke about the innovative technology associated with the new Bosch Series 4 Induction Hob with integrated ventilation system (yes, a hood and hob in one!), and the Neff slide and hide oven range, it was clear to everyone that an in-person session with practical tips on how to use your appliance is invaluable (how many of us read the instruction manual?).
