Glossip: See The Guests Who Enjoyed The Best of Irish Music, Food and Dancing At The Oktoberfeis Preview Event

Guests gathered in the RDS CONCERT HALL to get a taste for the fun and festivities that the brand-new festival oktoberfeis will bring to its ten locations

Irish football star Stephanie Richie, singer Erica Cody, Olympian Harry McNulty and presenting legends Glenda Gilson, Louise McSharry and Lorraine Keane were some of the familiar faces who gathered at the RDS Concert Hall to get an exclusive preview of the brand-new Irish festival Oktoberfeis. The Irish spin on the iconic German festival shall be running across the country throughout September and October.

These influential attendees immersed themselves in the best of live traditional Irish music, with electrifying DJ sets to follow, enchanting Irish dancing and deliciously authentic Irish food which was served throughout the evening. Biergarten tables lined the room so the guests could gather around, mingle and enjoy the evening’s entertainment from whatever vantage point they liked. The evening did kick off with a lip sync battle and so the guests knew they were in for a treat.

The ten, fast-selling Oktoberfeis festival dates will take place in various locations across the country – from Carrick on Shannon to West Cork. With a lot more music, dancing, food and craic to be had – find your location and book a ticket!
