Game, set, match! What a thrill to hit the ball again! As Wimbledon pings into our TV screens today, tennis players all round Ireland are easing back into the game. Socialising is limited but players are delighted to talk to each other across the net between points. Competitive players are hoping for the return of some matches this summer.

Everyone’s warming up properly, aware their knees may not be in the best shape – no one wants to get injured now that they’re back on the court.
