We fully ‘j’adore’ this trend …
French women have a tendency to make everything look effortless, right? Which is why it comes as no surprise that when they wear clogs – perhaps one of the trickiest footwear trends to master – they do so with aplomb.
Take the Parisienne below as a case in point – something about the whole look just, well, works. Perhaps it’s the tonal outfit, maybe it’s the chunky socks paired with a wooden heel, but we’ll be taking our style cues from how the French make this trend look laid-back but incredibly refined.

Further afield, we’re enjoying Spanish influencer Blanca Miró Scrimieri’s styling of the clog with a very now skirt-suit. Often when wearing a statement shoe, you find yourself planning an outfit around it. If you’re in doubt of what to wear with a summer clog, look to the styling on Net-a-Porter, below, where a pair of classic gold stud leather clogs is paired with a whimsical empire silhouette dress by Dôen and a retro cardigan.
