After working on a shoot with Cindy Crawford, the supermodel loved the look so much that it led to her being requested for more covers and campaigns. Eldridge’s ability to make women look beautiful without appearing heavily made up or overdone has made her one of the most in-demand make-up artists in the world, especially with celebrities who can have their pick of glam teams. She then served as No7’s creative director for a decade, responsible for the successful relaunch of the brand. Under her direction, she helped to redevelop formulas and elevate the name with a more refined image. Following roles at Chanel and Shisedo, and after releasing a book, Eldridge decided it was time to launch her own line, while continuing as Lancome’s global creative director.
