There’s a core range of dermatologist-approved cleansers and moisturisers, with one each for dry and sensitive skin, and for oily skin. There’s also the clinically-proven No7 Derm Solutions Skin Balancing Serum, for all skin types. In addition, there are four treatment products which target specific skin concerns, such a eczema, psoriasis, rosacea and blemish-prone skin.”

What’s the best way for customers to decide which moisturiser or cleanser is best suited to them? “The No7 advisors, located in selected Boots stores, are excellent at offering personalised routines – not only are they CIBTEC-qualified as skincare experts, but they also have a deep understanding of the technology used in our Pro-Derm Scan device, which can determine a customer’s hydration and oil levels.”
How would you advise someone who’s experiencing problem skin for the first time and doesn’t know how to choose the correct skincare? “Book an appointment with your local No7 advisor or simply visit a No7 counter. Our advisors can offer a Pro-Derm Scan to analyse skin, and recommend personalised products and routines. With our 12-week programme, you can revisit after six weeks to ensure the plan is working well for you, to ensure the best possible solution for your skincare needs.”
