Rixo Bridal is Coming to Ireland in an Exclusive Pop-Up This Month

Rixo’s bridal collection doesn’t disappoint on details, drama or design – and now the pieces are coming to Ireland in an exclusive pop-up with Chupi …

Calling all brides-to-be: this is a bridal pop-up worth knowing about. Jewellery designer Chupi and contemporary womenswear label Rixo are partnering to offer an exclusive bridal experience. The two brands will host a four-day bridal pop-up from June 29-July 2, offering a stylish, one-of-a-kind experience for brides and their bridesmaids at the Powerscourt Centre.

Showcasing Rixo’s collection of elegant, retro-inspired gowns alongside Chupi’s timeless jewels, this is the perfect place for brides to familiarise themselves with both brands. Along with their bridal collection, Rixo will also display a selection of their bridesmaid and occasion-wear edits. As the bridal collection is only available online, this is a unique opportunity for Irish customers to see and try this stunning collection in person. Guests will be in the expert hands of a RIXO Bridal specialist, who has traveled to Dublin to give each bride-to-be a personalised experience considering their individual style, shape and wedding plans.

The exclusive bridal pop-up experience will also offer brides-to-be a chance to explore the latest bridal jewellery portfolio and fine diamond offering at Chupi, guided by the brand’s leading fine jewellery experts. You will also receive a complimentary gift coin when you shop the Chupi bridal or engagement collections, through a limited sales offer that is running until the end of June; www.chupi.com.

Strictly limited availability. Appointments will be available at 10am on Wednesday June 29 until end of day Saturday July 2. Bookings available through this link.

Rixo Launch Bridal Collection

In normal times, BC (before Covid) brides-to-be began looking for “the dress” up to eight months before their wedding date – thus allowing time for placing an order, having it made and creating time for alterations. With ongoing restrictions and many ateliers closed, some sadly for good, it seems that the days of trying on up to 50 styles to find the perfect gown have gone. Smaller weddings have also meant that brides want simplicity and value, alongside the ease of ordering a dress online that is readily available.

Channelling this trend is fashion brand Rixo, which debuted its new bridal collection at London Fashion Week. Co-founders Henrietta Rix and Orlagh McCloskey placed an emphasis on fabric and fit as well as individualism. The limited edition, vintage-inspired 26-piece collection is made in a bespoke minimal-crease, 100 per cent silk material – each piece is made to stand the test of time.

From traditional details (such as lace inserts and beautiful jacquards) to contemporary tailoring with ostrich feathered trims (and sequins), the collection is available to order online now and prices range from £295 to £1,450.

Accessories are available to buy alongside the collection. To help find the perfect style and fit there is a bridal specialist on hand for one-to-one virtual appointments. The bonus? Many of the styles can be worn long after the wedding is over; www.rixo.co.uk.
