In 2021, THE GLOSS joined forces with Goodbody to launch THE GLOSS x Goodbody Investment Club, a female-focused community that promotes financial education and empowers candid conversations on topics that matter to women. We soon discovered there was significant demand for information and a real thirst for knowledge. Since then, the Investment Club has gone from strength to strength.

Between 2023 - 2024, the Introduction to Investing Masterclass series provided practical, self-paced support exclusively for Investment Club members to develop investing skills. This seven-module masterclass series – comprised of short, jargon-free videos and practical case studies for you to complete at your own pace – will equip you with the basics and the confidence you need to start investing.

Recognising the unique financial challenges women face throughout their lifetime, which is critical in ensuring a financially resilient future, we invited submissions for a complimentary bespoke financial plan devised by the all-female advisory team at Goodbody. We received numerous entries and selected three personal stories which feature challenges that many of us will face during our lifetime, as seen in the case studies below.
