10 Beautiful Kitchens To Inspire Your Next Remodel
By The Gloss
2024 will see trends come and go but sometimes a kitchen is just drop dead gorgeous all on its own…
STYLE AND SUBSTANCE
This Sebastian Cox kitchen fitted in Larkhill, a delightful little enclave in Bath, boasts a beautifully stylish kitchen with glass doors that open out into the garden. By using the outside wall in the kitchen extension, the homeowners bring the outdoors inside in the most stylish way. www.devolkitchens.co.uk
COMPACT ELEGANCE
Pink will always give a kitchen character and the incorporation of the blush shade in this kitchen livens up the smaller space to no end. The natural light and the wooden flooring add to the charm of this kitchen. @nakedkitchens
TOP LIT
This open and top lit kitchen is cleverly balanced by the open shelving on the wall. If there were wall cupboards on the wall – the entire space would become too top heavy and closed in. The timber countertop and timber beams on the ceiling are enhanced by the moss green cabinetry and they create a natural feel in the space. @plainenglishdesign
HEAVENLY SPACE
Always use the existing architecture to your advantage. This kitchen lies in an old Victorian salt shed which adds a unique charm to the space. The high, bright rustic ceiling with celestial arches in white, paired with the sage green cabinetry is just otherworldly. This is a true show stopper we will certainly be taking inspo from. @plainenglishdesign
QUALITY OVER QUANTITY
Former editor of House and Garden Susan Crewe’s Neptune kitchen is an entirely bespoke vision of Neptune’s Suffolk collection. Every component of this kitchen was made-to-measure making it a visually pleasing space, with the patterned tiles cleverly creating depth. Susan wanted to have a kitchen that was closeted somewhere separate from her dining space and so this small Suffolk kitchen allows that. www.neptune.com
FAMILY STYLE PERFECTION
This kitchen combines a gorgeous breakfast nook, dark shaker cabinetry, brass accents a sensational splashback and modern kitchen appliances. This is what kitchens will look like in 2024 – watch this space. www.recasthomes.com
LAKEHOUSE LOOK
The design of this Lakehouse ‘forever home’ was based on the idea of two barn structures interconnected. The charming farmhouse features have been kept in the kitchen and the gorgeous open dining space makes it the perfect place to gather. www.borderoak.com
CLASSY COTTAGECORE
We cannot get enough of this cosy farmhouse kitchen. The kitchen has been cleverly designed using neutral colours, classic shaker doors and a quartz countertop – all coordinated perfectly in this corner kitchen with gorgeous timber farmhouse windows and timber beams across the ceiling. It truly feels like the heart of the home. @britishstandardcupboards
LET IN LIGHT
This kitchen on Monkstown Terrace demonstrates why natural light trumps artificial light always. The classic minimal design is enhanced by natural sunlight streaming into the kitchen. www.rhatiganandhick.ie
TIMELESS BEAUTY
This modern, family orientated kitchen combines natural light with dark cabinetry perfectly. The wooden furniture with the herringbone floors ground the room in a most beautiful way.
