ORANGE BUNDT CAKE
This cake is dense and moist, studded with orange chocolate chunks and smothered with a glossy chocolate glaze.
These are an adaptation of a traditional Italian treat. They have a lovely buttery caramel flavour with a tangy citrus taste and make wonderful home-baked gifts.
CHOCOLATE BERRY PAVLOVA CAKE
This is a spectacular dessert for any celebration – chocolate meringue, crunchy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside, sandwiched with whipped cream, tart and sweet fresh berries, and of course, plenty of decadent chocolate.
