WILDE at The Westbury Dublin welcomed guests for an inspiring evening of conversation and connection, featuring an engaging panel discussion moderated by Sarah Macken with Jane and Sarah McDonnell, founders of THE GLOSS Magazine and THE GLOSS Interiors.
Guests arrived to a Charles Heidsieck champagne reception before enjoying a beautifully curated supper in elegant surroundings. WILDE‘s Inspires series bring together a community of women celebrating ambition, storytelling and the power of shared experience.
Sarah Macken said of the special evening, “This was a celebration of magazines and publishing, and of the achievements of Sarah and Jane since they established THE GLOSS in 2006. We discussed the evolution of the brand and the genesis of THE GLOSS Gala, as well as their plans for the future. We also discussed imposter syndrome, what it takes to be a great editor, and the joy that fashion still brings to this day. As Jane said on the night, ‘The best quality you can have is to care about every detail’”.
Attendees included Deputy Editor Siomha Connolly, Style Editor Aislinn Coffey. Ciara McQuillan, Tara O’Connor, Jess Colivet, Aoife Dunican, Bairbre Power, Corina Gaffey, Debbie O’Donnell and Nadine King.
