ON WORK: Our office is in an old brewery in Battersea in London. It’s a big, airy shared space with my office at one end. A huge sign hangs on the wall saying, “Creativity will eat strategy for breakfast”, made from cereal boxes, a good adage!
ON MY DESK: I stay organised with systems. I’ve admitted my obsession with organising, this extends to my inbox, office, everywhere. I am busy, I travel a lot, I have a family, so things just need to work. Knowing the logistical and organisational elements of life are taken care of frees up my mind for the creative part of what we do. I am slightly embarrassed to admit to the pleasure I gain from labelling everything with my Dymo label machine. This naturally led to designing our Labelled Collection – cases, bags, pouches and purses, each clearly labelled with their purpose. Systems just make things work better and make me feel in control when life feels out of control. I also have my Snoopy Stationery on my desk – I love pulling out a fun pencil case at a really serious meeting, it changes the energy. And my Don’t Forget To Have Fun gravestone, another good reminder! A gift from my daughter, it is by an artist called Mr Bingo.

ON FUTURE PLANS: I am excited to have launched in Brown Thomas Dublin and being able to spend more time in Ireland. I love it here so I’m glad to have an excuse to visit more. Christmas is on the horizon, and we are working hard to make The Village, our cluster of six shops on Pont Street in Chelsea, the most magical place to visit. @anyahindmarch.
