From sophisticated store openings to exciting new restaurants, here are three good reasons to visit Kildare Village in the coming weeks …
In our busy lives the opportunity for a moment of luxury is always cherished. And, when we finally take time out to do some shopping, we want the experience to be a wonderful one. At Kildare Village, there’s a host of exciting brands to discover, plus the best eateries and premium services that make a day out feel extra special. We’ve rounded up the best of what’s happening at Kildare Village in the coming weeks so that you can plan your perfect shopping trip.
The Atmosphere
The most buzzed about dining destination at Kildare Village right now is – lucky for us! – also the greenest: say hello to Sprout & Co.
Chances are you’re already a fan of Sprout & Co’s farm-to-fork fare, so you’ll delight in the news that it’s opened its largest restaurant yet at Kildare Village. Sprout & Co at Kildare Village also marks the brand’s first outpost outside of Dublin, a fitting destination seeing as its 40-acre biodynamic farm – the epicentre of the business that produces salad leaves year round for its seven restaurants – can be found in Rathcoffey, just north of Kildare Village.
Based on the ethos of local, seasonal and flavourful, Sprout & Co has fast become a staple for food lovers who want honest ingredients and genuine flavour. Founded by brothers Theo and Jack Kirwan in 2015, the idea for the brand came when the duo undertook a cookery course at Ballymaloe Cookery School. What started out as a tiny restaurant on Dawson Street soon expanded, and Sprout & Co now enjoys destinations on Baggot Street, Exchequer Street and in Ballsbridge.

The new Sprout & Co at Kildare Village is the brand’s largest restaurant to date.
Pay a visit to Sprout & Co at Kildare Village and you’ll see it’s the most tech-enabled of all the brand’s restaurants. Order your food at the digital kiosk and watch the expert chefs in action: hammering home that healthy food can be fast and convenient.
Now, to the best part: what to order? Sprout devotees will delight in the line-up of bestsellers on the menu including the Paprika Chica, a mouthwatering mix of roasted chicken, sweet potato and paprika yoghurt with French dressing, as well as the crowd-pleasing Sataysfied Chicken, which fuses spicy sesame peanuts with roasted chicken and pickled cucumber. There’s never been a better excuse to go green.
Sprout & Co, Kildare Village is open seven days a week from 8am to 9pm. For further information visit SproutFoodCo.com.
The Shopping
Simple and sophisticated, a piece from Sinead Keary The Label is catnip for the Instagram crowd. There’s a good reason for the hype, too. Loved for her quality fabrics and attainable price point, the designer knows how to nail capsule dressing. Keary, who is a fan of luxury basics, uses her decade’s experience as a personal shopper to create pieces women really need. What’s not to love?
A piece from the Sinead Keary collection plugs the gaps so many of us have in our wardrobes. Keary is passionate about giving confidence to how we dress, presenting those pieces that are often the most irksome to track down: the perfect T-shirt, the go-anywhere cardigan, the silk camisole that’s bra-friendly.
Now open at Kildare Village is the 100sqft Sinead Keary The Label pop-up, the brand’s first bricks-and-mortar outpost. Already buzzed about by influencers such as Jodie Wood, the blush pink store is the perfect opportunity to try the brand’s hero pieces in real life.

Take, for instance, the Sophie lace-back T-shirt, made from softest bamboo silk, or new addition The Lisa, a cowl-neck silk camisole that nods to Y2K dressing. After a try-on session you’ll see for yourself why Sinead Keary’s pieces are praised for their fit and attention to detail.
The shop also hosts BYSK, the make-up range from award-winning make-up artist, and sister of Sinead, Sarah Keary whose eye and face palette is fast-gaining cult status on the beauty scene.

The Service
Now that we’re getting back into the swing of dressing up, we’re putting more demands than ever on the pieces we wear. A varied life calls for a versatile – and hardworking – wardrobe: something that makes you feel good and caters to your needs.
Answering that call is the Personal Shopping experience at Kildare Village. This spring, there’s a fresh team and look to Personal Shopping at the Village: one that’s ready to excite and delight.
Three new Personal Shopping suites have been unveiled at Kildare Village, beautifully designed by international interior designer David Thomas, who also created Manolo Blahnik’s NYC headquarters and Goyard’s Los Angeles flagship store on Rodeo Drive.
Decorated in shades of blush, terracotta and blue with decadent soft furnishings, the suites have all the makings of a luxe, immersive experience. There’s also inspiring art pieces from Irish artists Martina Furlong, Karen Hickey and Derval Freeman. The innovations aren’t just aesthetic, either. New lighting technology allows you to visualise outfits in both daytime and evening light.
Visiting Personal Shopping is a smart way to familiarise yourself with Kildare Village’s exciting and ever-expanding brand mix – which now includes more than 100 fashion and lifestyle brands, including Missoni, Zadig & Voltaire and Maje. When it comes to savings, there’s plenty to be made with up to 60 percent off the recommended retail price, all year round: affordable luxury at its best.

When everyone else was going for heavy contour and laminated eyebrows, she continued to promote enhancing your natural features with simple tricks and smart product placement. If you have seen any of her videos, you will notice how little product she actually uses. Even Victoria Beckham commented how surprised she was when she went to remove her makeup after a shoot with Lisa on how little product was applied.
