Hot on the heels of her new memoir No One Can Change Your Life Except For You in which she shares her experiences about overcoming heartbreak, body image worries, self-doubt and insecurity, Laura Whitmore is launching a colourful capsule collection with sports brand Dare 2b today, March 9.

And the collection is in keeping with Whitmore’s individual and approachable sense of style as seen on TV shows such as Celebrity Juice and Love Island. Says Whitmore of the collaboration, “My edit is suitable for all types of exercise, whether I’m doing a high intensity workout at home, exercising live on Instagram, a low impact yoga session or simply taking my dog for a walk in the park.”

The thirteen-piece edit includes technical sports bras, statement leggings, vests and jackets, all available in vibrant colours and bold prints. One of the hero items is the “Deviation” jacket, which has been developed in a waterproof breathable fabric, featuring a hood and patch pockets. It’s perfect for keeping warm while working out, or going for a gentle walk. Another staple is the “Influential Tight”, made from a four-way stretch fabric for more flexibility, with flat locked seams and a high waistband.
