This creamy, soupy, not-quite-risotto is paired with Saltatempo Verdicchio from Le Marche, an organic verdicchio with a full, fresh, beautifully textured palate. The secondo piatto is agnello e carciofi or lamb with artichokes, paired with an elegant and complex San Fereolo Dogliani Superiore.
