the ultimate christmas dress is back …
What does it take to make an ‘It’ dress? Instagram buzz, a slew of high-profile stockists, a number of celebrity spottings? Last Christmas, Saloni’s highly-coveted Camille velvet bow dress ticked yes to all of the above. Worn by Kylie Minogue, Holly Willoughby and US actress Zoey Deutch, it’s no surprise Saloni’s Camille dress has been so popular; the velvet is ultra-festive, the bows feel a little bit special and the long-sleeve makes it super-wearable, too. (If you need to wear a bra, the addition of a slip or lace bodice layered underneath will help, we’d imagine.)
In time for party season, the dress has had a restock and there are new colours online. The original version – black in a midi-length – is still available, and there is a green mini version on sale now via Matches Fashion, as well as a romantic upgrade on the Saloni website, a tulle version in iris blue, see below. No matter which you’re coveting, act fast, as the new colours are nearly sold through. See our edit below for what’s available.

She is the queen of no makeup makeup and even manages to make a smokey eye look subtle. When everyone else was going for heavy contour and laminated eyebrows, she continued to promote enhancing your natural features with simple tricks and smart product placement. If you have seen any of her videos, you will notice how little product she actually uses. Even Victoria Beckham commented how surprised she was when she went to remove her makeup after a shoot with Lisa on how little product was applied.
