As part of THE GLOSS Wine Dinner programme of elegant gastronomic evenings at The Merrion, this special occasion on May 13 will be an uplifting experience.
A perfectly matched seasonal menu of food and wine will highlight six delicious wines that bring vibrancy and freshness to every summer occasion.
In our experience, great wine and food pairings are created by chefs and sommeliers who care about working together to create something special. In this our Wine Dinners are uniquely classy, with sommelier Julie Dupouy and Executive Chef at The Merrion Ed Cooney striking the balance between food flavours and allowing the wine to shine. Their insights will be just the inspiration you need for summer entertaining.
Please join us from 7.30pm for bubbles and canapés in The Garden Room at The Merrion, Dublin 2. At 8pm sharp, a six-course dinner, accompanied by perfectly matched wines, sourced by Jérémy Delannoy of SIYPS, introduced by THE GLOSS Wine Editor Julie Dupouy, will be served.
