At The Gloss Magazine, in 2019, we are advocating for more awareness around stress, anxiety, fear and mental health and how we can achieve better balance in our busy lives, self-worth, a sense of pride in who we are and a strong, resilient mind. If we haven’t suffered from a mental health issue ourselves, we all know someone who has. This is the basis of our focus on #MindOurselves. It’s not just about ourselves as individuals – having this conversation is a priority so that those of us who are close to sufferers, will know how to speak or act to help them.
