Glow up for the festive season …
Ingredients
1 cup boiling-hot water
2 earl grey tea bags
1/2 tsp dried lavender
2-3 tsp honey or your desired sweetener
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk or dairy-free alternative
Method
1. Combine the water, tea bags and lavender in a heat-safe measuring cup and stir briefly to combine. Steep the tea for 3 minutes.
2. While the tea is brewing, whisk the hot milk with a milk frother or in a French press by making short, quick plunges. Alternately, you can froth the milk briefly by hand with a Chisk.
3. Add the sweetener and vanilla extract to your serving mug, strain the tea to discard the leftover lavender.
4. Add the frothed milk and stir briefly to combine.
5. Serve warm, garnished with extra dried lavender buds if desired, and enjoy!
