The capsule collection is small but mighty …
We love it when another mid-range brand enters the bridal fold. Taking the lead from the likes of Whistles and Rixo, LK Bennett is the latest retailer to embrace the bridal market with the LK Bennett Bridal collection, launching today.
The collection spans four bridal gowns as well as bags, shoes and hair accessories and is available to Irish customers via LKBennett.com.
The entire LK Bennett Bridal collection has a vintage feel – from the rounded collar on the Harlow dress which is reminiscent of the 1970s, to the more bohemian Lovette dress which comes with a detachable corsage. Notably, it’s an antidote to some of the more informal bridal collections offered on the high street: dresses are floor or ballet-length, and the fabrics stick to the classic end of things: namely antique lace, silk and devoré.
The entry level price is the Lila lace wedding gown which is €1,050. Hawk-eyed brides to be will also note the shoe offering which sees the brand’s tried-and-tested heels reinvented in wedding-appropriate colours.
