Leopard Print Is Trending: Here’s How To Wear It Now

It’s a classic look for a reason. Here’s how to wear it now …

Leopard print is firmly in favour right now. And, while classic animal print is always in fashion, there’s something about this autumn that means the fashion pack is embracing it with extra fervour. Whether you’re a die-hard fan or simply dipping a toe in the trend, we’ve rounded up the best styling tips, and buys, so that you can embrace big cat dressing while keeping your look glossy and polished.

Leopard print looks particularly luxe when paired with this season’s palette of denim blues and toffee browns (we particularly love it teamed with an on-trend suede jacket, too).

Looking for a grown up alternative to the leopard-print jeans that are everywhere right now? Opt for a cropped pair of tailored trousers instead. This pair, pictured, by Sézane, boasts the perfect kick-flare.

Like the look, but unsure how to buy into it? Look for animal print on trousers, shoes, bags and coats. When it comes to outerwear, Toteme’s single-breasted pony hair-effect coat is the ultimate investment (from the dream brand). For a more affordable take, try labels such as Stand Studio for great faux fur pieces, or equally there’s frequently high street dupes at H&M or Marks & Spencer.

Even ardent minimalists make time for strategic splashes of leopard print in their wardrobes. Keep the rest of your outfit free of pattern and build your look on neutral colours such as black, navy or denim blue.
