For those with an interest in architecture, interiors and fashion, there is no better place to immerse yourself in the world of design than at Design Week Dublin, which returns for a second year this September. Design Week Dublin boasts an exciting programme of events across five days, showcasing the best of the city’s architecture and design community.
Visitors can attend panel discussions from revered Irish architects, interior and fashion designers and local creators, as well as international guest speakers at Design Week Dublin, in partnership with Range Rover.
Running from September 16-20 2026 in the Grand Canal Quay area, there will be spaces to explore and chances to network with a vibrant creative community over coffee (or cocktails!).
Notable participants include award-winning architects O’Donnell + Tuomey and Níall McLaughlin, design icon Jasper Conran, fashion designer Maria Grachvogel, and interior designer Róisín Lafferty.

DESIGN TALK: SHEILA O’DONNELL AND JOHN TUOMEY
SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 20 | 5:30PM – 7PM
Hear from award-winning architects Sheila O’Donnell and John Tuomey as they reflect on recent projects such as V&A East and Sadler’s Wells. With reference to the principles that guide their work, they will share how the local landscape, social history, and a desire to enhance community wellbeing and encourage public interaction guides their practice.
DESIGN TALK: NÍALL MCLAUGHLIN
SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 19 | 12PM – 1.30PM
Irish architect Níall McLaughlin, winner of the prestigious 2026 RIBA Royal Gold Medal, has a host of high-profile civic and residential projects in his portfolio. In this intimate chat, he discusses projects, practice, and inspiring the next generation of architects.
DESIGN TALK: JASPER CONRAN

Jasper Conran, one of Britain’s most revered designers, talks fashion, homeware, hotel curation and design DNA (he is, after all, the son of Sir Terence Conran.) Not to be missed.
DESIGN TALK: RÓISÍN LAFFERTY
FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 18 | 9:30AM – 11.00AM
Fresh from her award for Best Commerical and Cultural Project at the 2026 Createurs Design Awards in Paris, Irish interior designer Róisín Lafferty will discuss recent projects, creative collaborations and the opening of her eponymous gallery on Dublin’s Fitzwilliam Square.
DESIGN TALK: MARIA GRACHVOGEL
WEDNESDAY SEPTEMBER 16 | 5.30PM – 7PM
London-based fashion designer Maria Grachvogel designs clothes like an architect would a home, or an artist an artwork. Her aesthetic eye, focus on form and intuitive understanding of what women want has taken her to fashion weeks and luxury boutiques, and now to DWD, where she’ll be in conversation with Sarah McDonnell, co-founder of The Gloss Magazine.
