Beauty behind the scenes with the L’Oréal Professionnel team – discover all the hair tips …
THE TEAM
The expert L’Oréal Professionel hair team for THE GLOSS Gala 2026 was led by Stephen Kelly, artistic director at Zeba Hairdressing, and IHF Art Team; Suzie Dowling, Elite Salon, and IHF Art Team; Kon Kelly, freelance Hair Stylist and IHF Art Team; Jake Murphy, Zeba Hairdressing and L’Oréal Professionnel ID Artist; and Ciara Harvey Hill, Harper’s Salon, and L’Oréal Professionnel ID Artist.

THE LOOK
The L’Oréal Professionnel team created a luxurious look, featuring straight perfect bobs and highly polished chignons pulled back from the face and onto the nape of the neck.
The hair was prepped with L’Oréal Professionnel Tecni.ART Flex Pli Styling Spray, to give volume and grip: “It’s the number one go-to hair primer,” says Stephen Kelly. Every stylist I’ve ever interviewed has Pli in their arsenal of essential products.

Hair was dried smooth with a slight bend on the ends. L’Oréal Professionnel Tecni.ART Pli Spray was used for extra texture and movement. The look was finished with L’Oréal Professionnel Tecni.ART Fix Anti-Frizz, for long-lasting smoothness. The finishing touch was L’Oréal Professionnel Infinium Pure Fixing Spray, to hold this sleek style in place.

We loved the Denman brushes Kon Kelly was using – the Groomer Brush Blue Belle (€25) is at pharmacies nationwide.
