Celebrating local artisans and community spirit …
A special summer dinner with the Tipperary Food Producers Network, set against the backdrop of the historic manor avenue at Cashel Palace Hotel, is a natural fit for the Relais & Châteaux property which is renowned for its culinary offering.
“It was an honour to host such an extraordinary event,” said General Manager Adriaan Bartels. “The Golden Vale’s rich agricultural heritage feeds not only our kitchens, but also our community’s spirit.”
Over 30 local artisan producers and 150 guests enjoyed a five-course dinner curated by Michelin-starred Culinary Director Stephen Hayes. Each dish showcased the region’s produce, with the long table decorated with seasonal fruit – one of the many details styled by event planners Frog Prince.
