Horse racing devotees will know fine jewellers Boodles is the sponsor of the Gold Cup and a four-year-old handicap hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival. The jeweller is also celebrating a new three-year partnership with Punchestown Festival. Champion jockey Rachael Blackmore led Native River along London’s Bond Street to announce the partnership.
Rachel was one of the special guests at a champagne reception to celebrate this partnership at Boodles’ Dublin boutique on Grafton Street. The guest list combined the worlds of horse racing and fashion and included Rae Feather, Jess Colivet, Marietta Doran, Roxanne Parker, Lawson Mpame and David O’Connor.
A date for the diary is the newly named Boodles Champion Hurdle which coincides with Ladies Day. No doubt the glamorous Boodles Bar, decorated in distinctive Boodles pink, promises be the sparkliest place to have a glass of champagne during the festival!
