From Chelsea To Burberry, Floriferous Fashion Has Never Been Cooler

Fashion is in full bloom. See how these stylish folk are embracing the look …

Alexa Chung attended the RHS Chelsea Flower Show in a diaphanous dress complemented by a tailored coat: the perfect combination of romantic and edgy styling.

Also at Chelsesa, author and garden designer Sean A Pritchard is inspiring us to borrow from the boys with tailoring and striped shirting paired with colour pop socks and loafers: perfection.

Meanwhile, Clodagh McKenna worked the butter yellow trend in a striking two piece.

We’re used to florals on the runway but what about the allotment as fashion’s latest hotspot? It’s the place to be, according to Burberry: the brand is spotlighting Downtown Abbey actress Elizabeth McGovern in its gardening-inspired collection where silk shirts and scarves feature cascading flower prints. Each piece is a collaboration with Highgrove Gardens, the gardens which surround the private residence of King Charles III and Queen Camilla.

Lastly, fashion and flowers blend in the Instagram account of Kasia Chinery. When the model-slash-florist isn’t shooting for some of fashion’s most relevant brands, she’s creating beautiful bouquets for them, all the while wearing enviable ensembles from brands such as Rouje, Gwyneth Paltrow‘s Goop and Aligne.
