Everything We Know So Far About Dior’s Fall 2027 Show At Trinity College Dublin

Dior will show its Fall 27 collection at Trinity College Dublin this December …

In perhaps (or, rather, undoubtedly) the greatest boon for Irish fashion to date, Northern Irish fashion designer Jonathan Anderson has announced that Dior will show its Fall 27 collection at Trinity College Dublin this December. Taking place on December 4, 2026 the collection will be revealed against the backdrop of the Old Library at Trinity College, a cultural institution that is home to the Long Room and the Book of Kells. Not only is this the first time that Jonathan Anderson will present a collection in Ireland, it marks the first time the storied French fashion house will show in Ireland.

The announcement pays tribute to Carmel Snow, the legendary editor-in-chief of American Harper’s Bazaar. It was Dalkey-born Snow who coined the term ‘New Look’ after seeing Christian Dior‘s debut collection in February 1947. “Showing at Trinity College Dublin is a dream come true. I began my career in fashion in Dublin, so returning here feels deeply personal. To present this collection in such an extraordinary setting – at an institution with such an important cultural history – is a real honour,” Anderson says.
