Jason Knight, Chief Strategy Officer, Luckybeard, has over 20 years’ experience leading strategy departments as some of the world’s leading creative agencies including Ogilvy, 180LA and Fallon London, where he has worked on clients such as Adidas, HP, Expedia and AXA, helping them develop game-changing, brand-defining and building strategies.

Gareth Collins, Chief Executive Officer, Brand & Communications, Luckybeard, has 25 years’ experience at creative agencies BBDO, Publicis Groupe and dentsu. He was formerly CEO of Fallon London, Leo Burnett and dentsu mcgarrybowen. He has partnered with a broad range of clients including Virgin Australia, Guinness, Sainsbury’s, Generali and SKODA, unlocking the power of creativity to drive their brands and business forward.

Barbara Campos, Chief Executive Officer at JOSEPH, started her career at Pringle of Scotland and Hugo Boss. She was Managing Director for France and Germany at Furla and Executive Vice President, International at Diane Von Furstenberg, before moving to Marni where she was the Global Wholesale Director. Barbara joined JOSEPH as CEO in November 2018. Against the odds, Barbara has turned around the 40-year-old fashion company, drawing on past experience to restore the retailer to profitability and growth.
