Ireland Fashion Week champions the future of Irish design and talent, increasing the designer intake from 55 to 75 across eight runway shows, and a new interactive showroom open to clothing, accessories, millinery, shoes and more. Whether you’re an established powerhouse, an emerging designer or a rising student talent, this is your chance to take the stage this October in a nationwide celebration of Irish creativity, culture and global influence.

Each application is judged by key industry insiders tasked with selecting 75 designers across three flagship shows in heritage locations, two spotlight shows featuring Ireland’s rich culture in sport through fashion, an independent and emerging designers show spotlighting Irish roots, and a graduate show celebrating design students, with work seen by thousands of attendees and international buyers.

Founder Ashley McDonnell, who had previous leadership roles at LVMH, Dior, Google and PUIG, says, “I’m incredibly excited for year two of Ireland Fashion Week. Beyond the week of shows themselves, Ireland Fashion Week provides funding as well as crucial learnings, connections and financing, investing not just in the future of Ireland’s fashion designers but also in the wider fashion ecosystem: stylists, photographers, videographers, models, makeup artists, hair stylists, musicians and more – a celebration of Ireland’s rich and diverse culture. I’m looking forward to welcoming 75 designers to the 2026 cohort for what is set to be an even bigger and more impactful fashion week.”
With fashion dinners, community events and €7m in industry support fuelling the next generation of Irish fashion talent, designers have the opportunity to participate in brand bootcamps with national and international experts across business, e-commerce, communications, sustainability, legal, retail, buying, merchandising, styling and more.
